It's no skin off anyone's back if some people want to think too much, right? Why should one person get to define "too much" for everybody else? Obviously, Daria likes reflecting in ever more recursive loops on the nature of things. Nuthin' wrong with that. She might find something pretty insightful, eventually. Personally I like to see the weird shit people come up with, not only is nobody getting hurt but nobody's even getting *insulted* fer gawds sake. How many threads go on this long and can say that? :geek: Though maybe the Deutsche Mädels from Bryan has done so!

Okay somewhere back in this thread somebody smart said we should just go climbing. Well I went for a little hike this morning and made this movie at the summit. Prepare to be disappointed. But if you live around here it might be nice to see how the snow is shaping up:

Pan from a view of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Kramerspitze, left to the Zwoelferkopf/Waxenstein combo. The Zugspitze is hidden in cloud, but other Wetterstein peaks are there. Then there is an ugly house. Then the Karwendel Mountains above Mittenwald. Then the Estergebirge (Ester Mountains, sounds wrong to say it like that!). Finally a view of the flatlands where I'll have to speed away in an hour back home.

I've given up the security of knowing I'll die in a bed.

No complaints about that.

Actually, it's quite dangerous: http://www.mtwain.com/The_Danger_Of_Lying_In_Bed/0.html
