I ever received from Brazil, this morning after a very long trip as seen on the stamp, was sent by a guy I do not know in real life.
His name is Paulo Roberto Felipe Schmidt. PAROFES http://www.summitpost.org/users/parofes/45025
We met here on Summit Post.
I did not knew he spoke French.

I need to check my mailbox ! He replied to many people in the same time and probably sent an answer to mine too.
Parofes is still there. I chatted with him on Facebook before yesterday. He suffers a lot but still fighting and still in good mood.

I pray for him every day. Probably 50% of the reason I check the site. He has profoundly affected my life.

Chatted with him again today. Seems that his body said "not yet", still time to enjoy a bit the life. He sees only with one eye but I feel touched he takes time to reply to us.

Great to hear that Paulo is still fighting and very much hoping that he can celebrate his good lady's birthday in May at the very least.

Amazing! The last I read, he was going to be into an induced coma in mid-March because the battle was over and he wanted his last few days not to be painful. He truly is an inspiration to all of us. Keep up the fight, Parofes! You can make to your wife's birthday!
