The Angels Landing summit is around 5800 feet, and the trailhead (Grotto) is around 4300 feet.
I haven't been to Zion this week, but I can tell you that last weekend everything in the deserts around here (Vegas, Death Valley, etc.) got snow down to at least 4000 feet. Of course, it's melting fast at lower elevations.
The region (including Zion) is supposed to get another storm around Wednesday.
If you go, and Angels Landing is too hairy, you could probably still hike up to something like Observation Point, even though it's higher, because it's class-1. I have hiked it in snow. Observation Point is around 6500 feet, and the trailhead is around 4400.
