I bought these in hopes of of having a extreme boot for high mountains. I tried them a couple of times realizing that they were just a little tight with extra thick socks. They are in great conditioin and only used a few times. I bought them used from someone who used them twice as well. So they've been on the mountain 4 or 5 times.

I'd like $400 for them.

Typically I wear a US 10 in regular tennis shoes. Sometimes a 10 1/2 depending on the brand. The boots are size 44 Euro size, which is supposed to be US size 10.5-11. They ended up being a little too tight with extra thick socks though. If I went regular socks the boots fit fine. Because I'd like to use these on big mountains with thick socks I need to get a Euro size 45.

I'm willing to negotiate price just make me an offer.

RyanBr, I just went throughout the same thing and it seems we are the same size. After going from a 43.5 all the way to 45's, I thought the same thing and found that the 45 was too big after a few days of break-in and themo-molding. These ended up with 1/2" heel room, slippage and lift even with thick inserts, ortho's and thick socks. The 45 should will fit a size 12 foot. The Spanitik should fit the same size as your normal show size or La Sportiva Boot size. In my case a 44 Nepal. More athttp://coldthistle.blogspot.com/ just look back in archives.
