FS: La Sportiva Makalu mountaineering boots, good condition

These are 2.5 year old La Sportiva Makalu mountaineering boots, size 43.5 (UK 9.5, USA 10.5, USA Women's 11.5). They are in good condition, with slight to medium wear in certain spots. They've accompanied me on 4 climbs (two alpine, two east coast rock). They take crampons wonderfully (in my case, Grivel G12s), have kept my feet exceedingly warm every time, and all around perform great. The soles/rubber look great, the eyelets are free of rust, and the laces look really good.

UPPER: 3mm Idro-Perwanger Roughout Leather/ Vibram® rubber rand/ removable EZ Flex tongue with Dry-Best® lining
LINING: Dry-Best®
INSOLE: 8mm MtnFlex with 1.5mm Dacromet-coated full steel shank
MIDSOLE: SBR Aircushion
SOLE: Skywalk® MPE
They just happen to be a tad small for me, so I need to size up.
Original cost was $305, the best deal I can find on-line right now is $275 at Backcountry. I'm looking to get $175 (but open to offers, I need to sell them to finance new boots). I have custom insoles in them (that have been there since I got them), so the original La Sportiva insoles are mint condition and will (obviously) be included). Sale will also include the original box.
