Replacing a Picture update doesn't work well anymore: the old medium format picture is not replaced. It's ok for all other formats.

What's the problem with the image? The medium format version seems to be the same as all the others...or it could be that I'm not looking closely enough.

Be sure to refresh the browser window (F5). Usually the browser takes pictures out of its cache even though a new version already exists.

Yes, I had the same problem and had to delete the pic to upload a new one. F5 used to help in such cases but now the old pic remains.
