When i suggested featured mountian pages a while back I envisioned elves bringing to light pages that couldn't be found on the What's New page, and that would invite us to view mountain pages that aren't receiving the attention otherwise.

YOU GUYS ARE DOING THAT !! And I just wanted to give you a Shout Out.

Thanks so much for your kind comment. This has been our goal since the feature was installed on the home page. It's been a hit with members, for sure, and it makes the home page exciting and inviting (or so I've been told). It's a nice spot to "come home to" after a day at work or wandering the vastness of cyberspace.

And it's great to have a sptwhere members' hard work gets a little recognition. It's the least SP can do for its devoted members. I handled the chore initially after I worked with Matt to get the feature up and running. We all take turns at it, but currently, our main man maintaining the feature is Vid Pogachnik. I believe Dave has been filling in for him recently. Very nice choices indeed!
