Attaching images

It seems everytime I try to make a page I have to ask this.....why is there no "browse" funtion to attach photos to mountain pages?? They always ask me for something I don't understand. I know it is easy, because people have helped me with this before, but it apparantly is not easy enough for the likes of me. It would be so helpful if, as you were creating your page, a little "BROWSE" link came up. I don't know what a "URL" is. In the meantime...can someone help me again....thanks.
