I really love the martyr routine. And I don't think I owe you an explanation for getting rid of a "Fuck" in a thread title in the regular forums. As others said - that should be obvious. If it makes you feel better, go ahead and downvote some of my pages or pictures. I especially get rankled over 8s. Drives me up a wall.

WOW Did you really need a "We edited the word "FUCK" out of your thread's name because SP is a public site, and we do not like this language on our front page." note????

Especially after stating you want to top rope the Nose!

FVCK/ing is a word that is absolutely unnecessary to use while making a point. Try the following:

Get the heck out!
You are a stupid idiot!
I hate your frickin' guts.
Go hump yourself

And there's many more alternatives. Leave the F-Bombs for some other website blog.

This morning, when I saw the title of the thread I was amazed that it was actually on the front page of SP. I am no prude so I don't care that the word was used...but there is a time and PLACE for everythiing...and the front page of SP is not the PLACE. I can't believe we really have to have this discussion...amazing!

In fairness to Stef, he really is working on a very long TR, though I don't know if it will be the longest ever. And I have offered to help with the editing. Silly threads aside, he does want to make a really good contribution to SP.

I think *that* story is over (except for the shouting). And it showed good judgement on your part Stef to delete the server as you did. I think you had your ass handed to you in this thread, but you have a sense of humor, I know, and probably got as much a kick out of it as the popcorn crowd :D.

Seems like the folks that remain with Summitpost are not inclined to "suffer fools," to borrow ExcitableBoy's nice phrase. They've traveled these roads before and aren't gonna take them again. I like the backbone, and will remember to be courteous myself before my next rant.

Stef, my workplace had a beer tasting last week in Brussels, and man...there are some terrible beers! Kind of like rancid wine coolers. But some good ones too. I like the Triple. A respectable 9.5% alcohol. Now that's a beer :).

I re-read my last post and think I deserve the nickname "the Fvcking Patrician" for my attempt to wrap this up with a bow.

Sorry, it was the Chimay Triple. Very good. And Delirium Tremens is also good.

But I disagree: there *ARE* bad Belgian beers :D.

Will try to keep it off the boards and I apoligize for using it ...

Heheh, this reminds me of a relevant read:

English as a Second F*cking Language: How to Swear Effectively, Explained in Detail with Numerous Examples Taken From Everyday Life

I'm bringing this up tongue-in-cheek, but also seriously! I found the book quite amusing and informative. I mean, if you have to swear, you've got to do it appropriately! :-D

My post wasnt a trol at all though i have to admit that i put the whole question in a totally wrong way. I do have a partner if I go but we are doubting between going to caucasus or going to yosemite.

El Cap or El brus...they are all the same...Make sure to practice hauling on Central Pillar of Frenzy as a team of 2, before trying it on the nose. Please.
