Mt Shasta in April - May and beyond - route of your choice

I’m looking for buddies from BA (best SF) to carpool to and climb Shasta starting mid April through the whole season. With a proper notice I might go at any time (weekends or weekdays).

I’m indifferent if you are a beginner(s) or advanced mountaineer(s). We can climb together or separately, any route, rope / no rope. We can even practice crevasse rescue if you want. All up to you.

Perhaps we could also do a road trip to WA and climb, for instance, Adams and Rainier (both my favorites) somewhere in June or July.

PM me if interested.

You are open to using a rope on glaciers?

PM me when interested. I'll be going on some trips.

Well, I’m willing to do so in a good faith. :D

I plan to bivy on the summit this summer. And Wintun Glacier when it looks interesting. Also bag Clear Creek and Witney-Bolam ridge ascents as I've only descended those and they'll be the last routes I haven't climbed. So several trips that can carpool at a minimum, maybe more if you want to do some of the same.

OK, sounds interesting. Keep me posted.

I’ll be going to Death Valley and Zion for about 10 days soon. After that I may go to Shasta even to do Avalanche Gully (preferably in a nasty weather :o ).

A friend told me it's an awesome experience, especially if you bring a friend.

There is a quite different between sarcasm and joke; and I never joke about such things.
