Just got to Alaska
Posted: Mon May 20, 2013 2:54 amI am working a seasonal job in Chugach NF and I am looking for some climbing partners and adventure goers while I am out here. I have NEVER been to ALASKA before...but DAMN AM I STOKED on it already.
I have been climbing only for a little over a year. I just stared leading, but still consider myself a beginner since I am not self sufficient and I am working on learning the mechanics of it all. I have experience in multi-pitch following and cleaning, I have rope harness and shoes, that about it...I can lead belay and am looking to attempt more leading. my work schedule is 8 days in to the back country and 6 days off to climb and explore, I am pretty open to new things, but know my comfort level and am great at communicating. if your interested in meeting up hit me up! 925 708 6853/ sarar333@gmail.com
