Road side camp Bend to Lakeview

I'm looking to head down to Hart Mountain in the next month. Are there any good places to quick throw up a tent between Bend and Lakeview along highway 31 if I decide to stop for the night?

Lots of spots as it's pretty wide open out there.
You can stop at Ana Reservoir and just camp in any of the fishing spots right off the water, all free. This is right before summer lake. Or go to Summer Lake Hot Springs and pay a few bucks to put up a tent and soak in the pool.
Or get to Paisley, turn up the road(Right up Chewacaun River) and a good 3-4 miles up there are lots of free spots down on the river. Very pretty area.

Hey thanks, the only thing I could find on publiclands.org was the Slide Lake campground, which is about a 15 mile drive from the highway:

I have used this twice for quick overnight stops. Pleasant. Not anywhere near the marsh.

Btw there was an unusual amount of snow on top of Hart Mt Thursday, but everything was clear well above the Headquarters. Plush to Frenchglen Rd in excellent condition.
