looking for insect eating partner in Colombia

I'll be in Colombia from ~mid-Jan to end of Feb~ 2010 and I'm hoping to get up, around and through as many mountains and ranges as possible. I've only hiked one 5000m peak, but as a Park Ranger in Northern Canada, I've hiked and climbed a lot.
I can speak spanish like a 3 year old, but that may be giving myself too much credit, I'm a terrible singer, I have relatively no body odour, I don't snore, I have a nice selection of hats, I'm fast (at hiking), I'm not afraid of hieghts, water, insects or strange foods, and up is my favorite direction.
If I sound tolerable and you happen to be in Colombia, I'd very much like to meet.
