Trekking around Monte San Lorenzo (Cochrane -Chile)

i am looking for information on the 10-day trek around Cerro San Lorenzo.

i am looking for people, guides, tour operators,... who can provide me information on the difficulties of trail.
more specially i would like to know how important it is that you passport is stamped by the Chilean Police, because for this trek you cross into Argentina (PN Perito Moreno) and hike back into Chile.
if we go to the Chilean Police in Cochrane will they allow us to do this trek around Cerro San Lorenzo for this matter?
