Santiago / Mendoza - meeting climbers

I'm going to be in Santiago / Mendoza on the 14th Dec for 15 days and am looking to meet up with some climbers to do either rock, alpine rock, snow/ice/rock/mixed mountaineering.
Is anyone going to be out there and is free; or know any good hangouts to meet other climbers.
I will have all gear, ropes and rack etc.
