American dies on Cotopaxi
Posted: Thu Dec 27, 2012 3:31 amAmerican Douglas Kirby died while climbing Cotopaxi (5,897 m). Ecuador's Environment Ministry says Douglas Kirby apparently suffered a heart attack and died while climbing the volcano on Dec.22.2012. Kirby was being guided by two especialized mountain guides from Climbing Agency GULLIVER (Hosteria Papagayo).
