Kunlun Shan/Tagh

Recently Kunlun Shan drew my attention. Three questions at this stage:
- Can somebody here give an estimate of the costs one can expect? Still 1080$/team + conservation fee + LOI (how much for the LOI?)?
- access seems straightforward from the road - no?
- Does the CMA take and use the money or does part of the money go to the government as well?
