Out of all the Nepal/Pakistani budget companies organizing climbs, who are the best, and who should be avoided? Asian Trekking, Thamserku, Monterosa, Jasmine Tours etc.?

Has anyone joined up with one of these outfits as a single climber and if so what was your experience. I'm looking way ahead to next year here, no particular plans just tossing around ideas.
