Hello my name is christopher, and I would like to climb mount elbrus this year in december, the problem is that i cant find any guide company working on winter. If someone know about guides working in december would help me a lot.

Thank you all!

your best bet is russian guides one of them might be available to take you
http://rusguides.ru/
you can also contact these two russian tour operators - they offer elbrus winter ski touring but might be able to get you in touch with a guide

remember Masha - after GII summit in TERNUA female team last year - she died on ELbrus March 4 ...http://www.risk.ru/users/khit/192665/

Do you need an actual climbing guide? Or just the organisation?

Pilgrim Tours normally only do May-Sept but can maybe help with other months. See at:
