May be in the area next weekend and was curious if anyone's been up the Northeast Couloir recently. Your responses are much appreciated.

We climbed it July 2nd all it was all snow then. Mostly hard snow before the sun hit it at about 12ish... A friend skied it when the sun hit the snow... However, there was one small spot of ice coming through. I would think the snow has melted out quite a bit more now... Mt. Dana was ice.

Thanks Rossi. Ordinarily I'd assume it was neve this time of year but this year seemed different with the dearth of snowfall.

This was the most I could find: http://www.supertopo.com/rock-climbing/ ... st-Couloir

The photo wasn't inspiring looking. I never got a chance to check it out first hand. Went climbing at the Needles instead :D
