It shouldn't be too difficult to get a picture of the peak. When you get to the lake, turn right and hike to the east end of the lake. That's the only place you'll be able to see it through the trees, as it will be directly across the lake.

Been climbing on the weekends outside.
Went to the Tettegouche SP on the North Shore a few weeks back.
Very cool climbing, and big cliffs for MN.

Went to Taylors Falls today, fun climbing.

Going to the Black Hills in a couple weeks, and planning a good trip this summer including the Winds!

I saw Crazyhorse on my way to Wyoming (we went via Custer). I was underwhelmed until my brother told me just how far away it was. Thing's huge!!

now that i'm not such a peon in my job this year i can make my schedule and you better beleive me and my tools will be getting it done at sandstone!!!

Cool. If you can make your own schedule, you should make some time for the north shore, and nipigon too.
