Pika Peak (left) and Gold Dust Peak (right) form a magnificent panorama from the summit of Mount Jackson. The lakes, from bottom to top, are Big Lake, Horseshoe Lake, and Big Spruce Lake. Mount Sopris is also in view off in the distance... Just another great view from colorful Colorado.

Red Table Mountain?

That red ridge has got to be Red Table Mountain, which we hope to hike some day. Conditions and weather have now cancelled two intended trips to that mountain. This photo assures me our views of Holy Cross and the Elks will be impressive.
