| Walked up in half an hour from Bivacco Felice Giordano at Balmenhorn's summit. An easy peak, with - probably - nice panorama, however the clouds were everywhere in the morning. We left the hut too early... A part of our trip around Monte Rosa's plateau. Walked up with Igi. | |

| We ascended to Piramide Vincent from Rifugio Gnifetti via normal route over the NW-flank. The weather was not so good...we were constantly under the clouds so we couldn't see anything around. | |

| At 7am Gabi, Sev and I left the hut. Very windy but sunny. Interesting ridge, mix rock & snow, with final snow corridor to get to the summit. Margherite Hut was waiting for us yet a bit far ! | |

| We started at 6:00 am at Rifugio Vigevano (2864 m), at 14:00 pm we reached the summit and at 19:00 pm we were back in Vigevano hut. It was 13 hours round trip, but we were walking slowly, to enjoy the trip. The Lys glacier was still OK during the ascend, but when we were descending, it was melted and difficult to walk on. | |

| Climbed Piramide Vincent in a 4½ hours roundtrip from the cable car at Punta Indren. The weather was very hot. Only wore a base layer all the way to the summit. Basic snow plod with some rock scrambling (with fixed ropes) before reaching the Gnifetti hut. | |
