crazy idea: Rainier try this weekend?

I know, I know. It is last minute and winter and sounds crazy and probably won't pan out.

BUT, I just realized I have to be in Seattle this week for work (up from Los Angeles) and I'm considering using that as a spring board to play around on Rainier this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I have all my own gear and can even provide all group gear if need be. Would want to go with someone who has experience on Rainier in winter. A two-day summit attempt would be awesome, but no summit fever here, playing around on the glaciers would still be great.

I have experience mountaineering in the Sierras (e.g., winter ascents of Whitney as well as several other winter 14ers) as well as in Bolivia (Condoriri region).
