I love the mountains of Central-Asia. I would very much like to get off the beaten tracks, but still include one 7000 m mountain. No definite plans, I'm pretty much up for anything.
Here are some ideas that I have in my mind:
1) Marble Wall traverse and Khan Tengri from the north
2) Communism and/or Korzhenevskoi (and a few lower peaks in the area)
3) Some rarely visited 5000-6000 m peaks in the neighborhood of Peak Lenin (eventually with (the
traverse of) Peak Lenin)
There is also a possibility to extend the "program" with climbing a few mountains in the lower ranges in the beginning.
This would be a non-commercial expedition using the logistics services of a local agency. I'm looking for fairly experienced and motivated partner(s) to join the expedition. This expedition will be self-sufficient and will certainly include a fare amount of suffering, so you need to know how to survive up there. True team-spirit is also very important, and so is the ability to control one's emotions/head.
Anybody interested? PM me, please.
