Hello, my name is Brian and I live in Santa Monica. I'm looking for dependable climbing partners (i.e. who never back out of trips at the last minute) with experience placing and cleaning gear, and building bomb proof anchors, and also who have a stellar safety record. I'm a solid 5.9 trad leader, aspiring to lead more 5.10s but I enjoy easier routes as well. I also enjoy sport climbing and occasional bouldering. I climb almost every weekend but almost never in the gym. I am really excited about climbing this fall, at Red Rocks especially, but also J Tree and local sport climbing areas I've yet to check out (like New Jack), so if you're interested in meeting up at the local crags to climb a little and swap stories and plans, please shoot me an email at briangellis [at] humnet [dot] ucla [dot] edu
