Description
Thunderbolt Ridge is a remote ridgeline in Hogum Fork that is rated 5.4. Based on some pictures I have seen of it in winter, it looks to be a fun mixed winter climb. I would expect to either do it in one very long day with a very early start, or approach the day prior, and then climb the ridge and hike out the second day.
I am hoping to do this route while I am in the area in the beginning of January, depending on conditions and partner availability.
Is anyone interested?

| I got a descent pic of Thunderbolt today. I posted it on the Southwest Forum under Utah Mountaineering thread. Unfortunately I won't be in town when you're in Utah, but I look forward to seeing what you discover on this route! | | Posted Oct 12, 2006 11:03 pm |
