| When, my husband and I summited Plummer Peak in September, 2001, we made a promise to attempt a summit of Mount Rainer together. | ||

| We spent the night just below the summit of Plummer after a long day of traversing and peak bagging. We hoped to complete the Tatoosh Traverse the following day. In the morning the weather was bad, and my gear was worse. We fled down the trail, hitched to the car at Snow Lakes trailhead, and started heading home. As we got to Ashford, outside of the park, the weather cleared. Grrrrrrr. | ||

| Fun easy steep hike after doing Pinnacle. Lots of route options. Great view of Eagle Peak from the top so I drove over there afterwards and did that one too. | ||

| Beautiful begining summit to start the traverse of the Tatoosh range. Very rewarding. We saw a bear on the way up and unfortunately, fires to the south. | ||

| Short, easy hike - definitely not a destination peak by itself. This peak is traditionally combined with Pinnacle and Castle peaks and done as a traverse. | ||

| Easy, fun climb. Will be crowded during the summer, especially weekends. Non-technical; good times! | ||
