| Ascended Jones first than continued the loop to PT 13712, Tabeguache, Shavano and "Esprit Point". Some fun easy scrambling between Jones and PT 13712. Surprising dry in this part of the Sawatch still despite recent snows in the state. | ||

| Perfect weather for this 13 mile, 5500' day, which also included Shav/Tab summits. Definitely some fun scrambling between 13712 and Jones if you stay on/near the ridgeline. Some fun scree skiing down to Shavano Lake as well. | ||

| Climbed from Jennings Creek since some friends wanted to climb just Tabeguache. We more or less followed Roach's west ridge route up Tabeguache (not the old standard route which is badly eroded and closed). Some nasty scree to deal with but it got the job done. Some of us went on the UN 13712 and Jones, reclimbing UN 13712 and Tabeguache on the way back. Made for a long day. Fun scrambling between UN 13712 & Jones. | ||

| Started up Shavano trail, traversed at 11,950' to Shavano Lake. Then up to the head of the valley with a few easy Class 3 moves to avoid rotten snow. Descended via Shavano trail. Herd of bighorn sheep and a few ptarmigan above the lake. | ||

| Hiked all four from the Shavano/Tabeguache Trailhead. I surprised a mountain goat who was hanging out on a snow patch on the opposite side of Point 13,712. | ||
