"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

a short jauntAn easy little peak with nice views. Very fast from the parking lot on the other side of FR333 ENE of the summit. There's also a parking lot with a trailhead a bit farther away, to the south.

Via South Ridge...KindaParked the car near Tramway and hiked up a wash until I could scramble up to Point 6820. Then followed the trail north until it linked up with the South Ridge Trail. On the descent I followed the South Ridge Trail down, but continued on the ridge past Point 6820 all the way back to Tramway. Great fun, great views, and a nice little summit despite its small stature!

Via Northwest SlopeWe enjoyed this quick little hike near the end of our day. The views of the Sandia Crest are just mind-blowing, especially with the sun sinking low. Hiking partner: Husband. Dogs: Lady, Bing & Lela.
