| From pack station up the lookers right-most of the Y gullies. Skied the third gully from lookers right in nice powder conditions. Also went around the north side to ski Patricia Bowl, which had even better powder. Great May day! | |

| Quite varied terrain. The lower section is a mix of sand and gravel. This is followed by several piches of loose decomposed granite. The upper chute is mostly small talus and dusty debris from the upper cliff bands. (*sarcasm*) Not a peak for the ambitious mountaineer. There are no bragging rights for bagging this guy. Just a quiet summit for someone who loves the mountains. Oh, but the swimming holes at the base of the peak are as sweet as any in the Sierra! | |

| Bonus peak for day 7 of the challenge. Went up half moon pass and took the class 3 ridge up to the plateau. Exited SW down sandy slopes to Golden Lake. Saw some big horn sheep on the plateau. | |

| The ridge between Patricia and Pointless is fairly fun. I continued on towards Half Moon Pass, but that was pretty tedious in comparison and I bailed out to the left pretty early. Some impressive clouds and thunder over Pioneer Basin meant I didn't hang about for long on the summit. | |

| Fun chute to the far left, bushwhacked in to the bowl from Rock Creek RD but hiked the use trail out once I was down. Did a bit of fun scrambling to the sides of the chute. No point on that peak. | |
