Paragliding here
I lived at the foot of these hills on western (Redcliffs) side between 1992-1997. I got to know the hills well, walking, top-roping my children on the little rocky out-crops and also paragliding... where I experienced my personal best height gain above take off in 'convergence' (1200m/4000ft) - and also distinguished myself by (on two other occasions) breaking left and later right, ankle! So I suppose I can say I had both my best and worst paraglider flights here.
