Power of Nature
The south side of Ervin Peak is a huge avalanche path, and in winter 2008 a very large slide came through. So large in fact that it knocked this house in the small town Winfield, Colorado clear off of its foundations! The power of avalanches is quite an amazing thing. Photo taken May 31, 2008.
