Ptarmigan Peak North Face
The precipitous north face of Ptarmigan Peak (10,094 feet). This 775 meter wall has a hanging glacier half way down which is one of the main sources of runoff for Skoki Lakes. Baker Lake and Lychnis Mountain are to the east and 2 large cairns are visible on the summit. September 10th, 2011.
