a.k.a. cornflower or star-thistle.

Genus centaurea.

Maybe this is C. scabiosa or C. montana?

Edit: probably C. nervosa!

Thank you for the name of the flower. So, it's C.nervosa. But, knowing nothing about flowers, I have a better chance remembering
Cornflower, or Star-thistle.
