From the south
If you are coming from Government Meadows with an old topographical map, it shows the trail following a road briefly to the NW before it takes off for Pyramid. This is incorrect. When the trail meets the road, instead of walking the road to your left, the trail begins again just across the road to your right.

Beautiful Summit
Went up with EastKing via the south side. PCT in good condition but the spur trail to the needs a little TLC. The summit was great with stellar views of Rainier! This is my highest elevation in almost three years!

Friday the 13thIn true Friday the 13th fashion. It was amazing up in the mountain, yet it was cloudy and foggy in Seattle. Temperature inversion my friends.
