| After a day of skiing at Brian Head, I thought I might be able to ski the rim at Bryce....nope, changed over into boots and hiked a loop. Absolutely gorgeous with a layer of fresh snow on the red sand stone! | |

| We left Zion very early in the morning to hike this trail at Bryce. It was probably about 40 degrees F in Zion. We did not then realize how high in altitude Bryce was - say hello to 8 degrees F. We stayed in the parking lot until the sun rose and the temperature climbed to 32 dgrees F. | |
