Dec 2nd 2006 Comments[ Post a Comment ] | Krysto | The Rödelberg forecastle | | Voted 9/10 | The Rödelberg localised direct over Vorderweidenthal is one of my best rocks, of all the Palatinate sector ! The height of the sandstone-walls is very impressive to see (fast 58 meters ! ). The general view from the valley is atomical, very picturesque ! It seems to be like a boat, which is lost on the coasts of an ocean !!! On the Westturm, we can climb very easely, on the top of the rock, with beneficiating a magnificient and deep view into the valley, with the village of Vorderweidenthal ... Also, the vegetation is very rich there, and very wild, gut preserved ! I like this too much. Personnaly, I'm still today thinking of, how the climbers can climb these so vertical and high walls ???
