Skied
Skied to the top from Route 40 with Mike B. and Bard L. Several others went most of the way. Took the unplowed Chicken Creek road as far as we could and then just headed for the summit. White out conditions and extremely windy towards the top. I suspect the views of Red Ledge are quite nice when you can actually see them. I'd like to reski it sometime with better visibility.

From the road
I hiked up from the main gravel road on the west side of the mountain making it over 5 miles round trip with 1300' feet of elevation gain. I could have driven much further but I needed the exercise and oftentimes I will walk further than I have to. The views from the summit are outstanding and I found a couple witness benchmarks to go along with a central benchmark as well as the register which contained mainly ATV types.
