If you do not want to stay overnight in the village or want to split the climb in portions, it's recommended to stay overnight in a tent at Fusha Korabit.
Great info! What do you think about direct approach from the west? On your map it looks like there's some path leading right underneath it from Radomire. Do you think there would be orientational or technical difficulties?
As you can see on the picture I added today, the west side is something for those who want to climb.
What you can see to the left of 2754 on the map is not a path. It's in blue ink - I think a creek that only sometimes has water.
You should be able to approach the peak from south on the other ridge. The path on the map leading from the village to the boundary south-west of the peak should exist.
Our guide (who only brought us to the village because he was busy) told us that the south ridge is difficult. He recomended us not to go there. But it's possible to get up there - would be nice to read about a third route.
If anybody should needs a contact/guide, a can recommend somebody at Peshkopi. Send me a mail to korab at albanien dot ch.
My trip report from summer 2005 to Korab and Prokletije is here:

Unfortunately it's in Polish so only my Slavic brothers can understand a wee bit :) but you can still see the pics. I'm working on the English translation to post it here, Korab will go first.
