| Indeed, this is a fantastic spring hike/climb. Every year I climb it numerous time to make sure I'm ready for harder mountains. I climbed it as a part of an MCA club trip led by Dave Hart in 2002. This year I repeated that traverse, which is a fantastic traverse by the way. | |

| This mountain has been a regular trade route for me for several seasons, but seems comparatively unknown among local hikers other than Steve Gruhn and his charges, so I thought I'd put up this page. I've mostly used the trail, but in October 2010 I discovered the great alternative route up the prow and may use that more often from now on, when the conditions are right. | |
