Rainier and the phallic cloud...
Rainier and the phallic cloud from the northwest (from Mowich Lake Road closely west of the "town" of Fairfax). The middle of the three logged nubs in the foreground is called Poch Peak (5,080+ ft). With 640 ft of prominence, it is sure to offer good views of Rainier. June 13, 1999.

Well - guess Mother Nature had a lot on her mind this day. You crack me up, dude ... keep on doing what you're doing! Please do Florence Peak if you haven't yet. GREAT climb in winter!
