Rampart Ridge High Point

Looking south, the Rampart Ridge highpoint, pt 5870, is above Tristan's head. We got a little off route, and this location offered a good view of the lakes and the E-W ridge heading up to the Rampart Ridge highpoint. We ascended the gully that starts left-center, and tops out on the ridge in the center of this picture. Oct 12, 2008
