Sketch!That ring looks a little old, but what worries me more is the angle between the two created by the short chain length! To much stress! Longer chaings would orient more of the force downward and decrease the load on each. Looks like a cool climb though!

Re: Sketch!Actually, the ring was about a year old and bomber. It was welded, which discolored it a little bit. I 100% agree with the angle/length of the chains.

Re: Sketch!Yup. 3/8" and new. It would obviously be much improved if the chains were longer.
