If you check out CA P.C. 602 you can see that the requirements for fencing and posting are pretty specific and extensive. How many signs are on the fence? Don't take any wood or rocks, leave when you're told (602j is a pretty serious offense), and these kind of people can generally stew in their own delusions. (Delusional people can be quite dangerous, so good luck, too.) If it's a cattle ranch, 3 signs per mile, and at all gates and paths is required posting, and one sign per mile means you can't build a fire.
