John Vitz from Manhattan Beach California placed the register in 2003. Two others signed it in fall 2003 and then no one in 2004, one in 2005, no one in 2006 and one, a SP member gjagiels , in April of 2007.
The need for a better container is evident as the pages are already deteriorating.
