Ridges SE of Hoback Peak

After about three mostly dull miles of hiking along Kilgore Creek, you enter meadows with a view of waterfalls and these ridges. Take a rest and enjoy the scene; the trail is about to climb via some very steep switchbacks, shortly after which you leave the trail to enter the upper basin of Kilgore Basin and then approach Hoback Peak.
