Riggs Spring Loop
Rained the night before. Was cold and wet first thing in the morning, then the clouds opened up and became very beautiful. Foggy near the end again. Saw 4 people who had camped at Yovimpa Campsite, otherwise did not see anyone else.

Did Bristlecone Loop after this but it was foggy.
