| a nice hike from goldau up the east side and finishing off on the northeast ridge. a few inches of snow the day before made for an exciting finish. | |

| Various climbs this year as it's my closest mountain. I go a different route that goes up from Arth-Goldau, through the woods on the east side, then up to a meadow and around to the north side just before the top which has a bit of scrabbling around on the rocks. Nice climb with great views when it isn't too cloudy. Fastest ascent 1hr 53mins. | |

| The are some small but fine climbing areas at and around the Rigi. Mostly full bolted routes in perfect limestone. A very beautiful place for climbing. | |
