Gorgeous trail
Absolutely breathtaking scenery along the Kern River with gorgeous, plentiful wildflowers. Hiked 4.2 miles along the river up to where it leaves the river to connect with the Rincon Trail.

I liked it.A bunch of snow last winter created sweet rapids and very cold water. Scenery is nice and the trail is easy.
Went over Memorial Day weekend and it was busy. Lots of boy scouts camping along the river.
